Real life got in the way over the months. I quit smoking a year and a half (give or take a month) and doing some serious walking and eating right. Haven't been on Court TV boards much nor OHara's. Just wanted to pop in to say, HELLO!

From what I see on CTV boards you are not really missing much. I totally understand how life can take over and after all that is more important then sitting on a message board and it is much healthier too, we miss you but hope you are happy and all is well with you. Great to see you stop by whenever you have time.

I know how hard that is. I quit over 5 years ago. I had quit once for 2 years and got the urge and bought a pack just thinking I was only going to smoke 1 cig and that didn't work. I ended up starting again. That lasted for 2 years and now its been 5 years and 4 months since I quit the last time and I know that all it will take is 1 cig to get me started again. I to this day have to tell myself NO!! I don't want to start up again. I feel good and my health is much better. So keep up the good work. I'm thinking of you and proud of your accomplishment.

The cop avatar is hella cute. I hear ya on the drama. I too stand behind victims. I'm starting day 5 of not smoking. I loves to gives out kudos!! I do it just because it's tempting and on another site, we did it because it helped in searches. Hey everyone!!
